Unlike all of our local competitors we are virtual; we do not have a physical office in St Kitts. We deliver all of our packages. Staff is available to take your calls and address enquiries from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our operation is virtual. We deliver all packages.
We ship based on availability of capacity on the carrier airline. At the least we ship once weekly.
We do not consolidate. However we offer a pack and ship service at the following rates:
A deposit of EC$100.00 is required prior to shipment. You do the shopping, we pack the goods for you, we process through customs, we deliver.
There is no limit as to what we can ship with respect to size and weight. There are however limitation with respect to hazardous and prohibited material.
